Shiv Bhagwan is a seasoned Community Development professional with over a decade of experience in Philanthropy, Corporate social responsibility (CSR), and Sustainability. Currently serving as the Head of CSR at JSW Cement, Nagaur Project, he leads community development initiatives across multiple project sites, focusing on Education, Health, Women’s empowerment, and Livelihoods. His strategic planning has positively impacted over 20,000 lives through innovative partnerships with various reputed National & International Level organizations & academic institutions.

Previously, He held leadership roles at Hindustan Zinc Limited Vedanta Group, where he managed extensive CSR projects that benefited more than 30,000 lives specially farming families and engaged over 70,000 community members. His efforts in establishing Farmer Producer Organizations and implementing sustainable livelihood practices have garnered lot of recognitions at National Level.

Shiv’s commitment towards sustainability & social governance is further highlighted by his participation in the UN Global Compact SDG Innovation Accelerator. He is also a certified CII Sustainability Assessor and has been recognized as a Covid Warrior with the Vedanta Chairman Award. His educational background includes an MBA in Rural Management and a BBA in Business Administration.
