Ms. Sujatha is a financial sector professional with experience in banking, reinsurance, investment promotion and facilitation with public and private sector organizations. She has over two decades of experience in forging strategic partnerships at the intersection of finance and public policy.

She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the prestigious Lee KuanYew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, and a Master’s in Business Administration from India.

At Invest India, she is leading sectors including Renewable Energy, Energy Transition & Decarbonization, Textiles, Leather, and Footwear. With extensive experience in banking and finance, and having worked across various clean economy sectors, she has successfully mobilized funds and collaborated on multiple projects, enabling the flow of institutional capital into clean economy projects & companies. She also leads the multilateral and plurilateral platforms on the clean economy, presenting India’s investment opportunities. Previously, she led sub-national collaboration and the establishment of the Investment Clearance Cell for the implementation of the National Single Window (NSW) portal.

She is associated with WAIPA (World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies) as their Senior Advisor, working on strategy and stakeholder management.
