Anjali Singh

Anjali Singh joined Deutsche Bank in March 2020 to head Corporate Banking, Operations. She has more than 25 years of work experience, mostly in Financial Services, spanning different roles in Operations, Account Management, Strategy and Business. Prior to joining DB she was the Global COO for Banking and Capital Markets at Genpact. She managed a global portfolio covering the Americas, Europe, UK and AsiaPac for all delivery across BPO, Analytics and Digital Services. She was responsible for all banking clients and led a team of 20,000 people spread across the many global delivery centers of Genpact. Anjali spent 14 years with Genpact in different roles across Business Operations, the People function and the Corporate Strategy team. Prior to joining Genpact, Anjali has also worked for American Express and FIS in her career. Anjali has an inherent passion for developing and sponsoring women leaders and promoting gender diversity. She is part of many Women Leadership forums and organizations and an active participant in this domain. She mentors women both in and outside the companies she has worked for. Anjali is a post graduate from Delhi University and enjoys reading, writing and travel in her free time. She is married and has a 21 year old son. Her biggest motto in life is to keep challenging oneself and learning and she sometimes shares her thoughts on her blog -“welivenwelearn”.
