Mr Bajaj started Sirona in 2015 with a simple yet bold goal : to solve overlooked problems in women’s intimate and menstrual hygiene. What began with PeeBuddy—India’s first female urination device—evolved into a purpose-driven FemTech brand trusted by over 4 million women. From menstrual cups and pain relief patches to anti-chafing creams and biodegradable disposal bags, Sirona led 10+ India-first innovations, putting women’s comfort and dignity at the center.

In early 2024, Sirona was acquired by GoodGlamm in one of India’s largest all-cash exits in FemTech. I stepped away—proud of the impact we had made.

He returned to Sirona as a RE-Founder starting again—with clarity, conviction, and an even stronger sense of purpose.

He has also backed 40+ start-ups, including pTal, Beanly, WTF, WhatsUp Wellness, Ekam, Trase, NUUK, Raising Superstars, HaqDarshaq, NU Republic etc. I support founders with time, capital, and connections—believing that the right nudge can turn good ideas into great businesses.
