Aastha Grover

Gayathri Sharma is a Communications specialist with over 20 years’ experience in managing corporate reputation, branding and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

Gayathri is part of the India Leadership Team at Rolls-Royce and leads external Communications, branding as well as Community Investment for the India, South-east Asia, Pacific and South Korea. She is a champion for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), and has chaired the Inclusion Forum and POSH Committees at Rolls-Royce.

Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Gayathri led Corporate Communications and CSR at PepsiCo India. She has worked in leadership roles across both corporates and PR agencies, leading communications for brands across several sectors. Some of the companies and brands she has worked with in her career journey include Samsung, Coca-Cola, IKEA, Domino’s, Hero MotoCorp, American Express, Boeing and MasterCard, to name a few.
