Geetu Gidwani Verma is a global business leader, Independent Director and strategic advisor with nearly four decades of experience spanning business transformation, innovation, sustainability and purpose-led growth across Asia and Europe.
Geetu is a member of the Advisory Board of the Hindustan Unilever Foundation, which works at scale across India on water security, climate resilience, regenerative agriculture and rural livelihoods. Her Board and advisory work focuses on turning ESG and social impact ambitions into measurable action.
Her corporate career spans Procter & Gamble, Pernod Ricard, PepsiCo and Unilever. She spent her last decade at Unilever, first as a member of the Hindustan Unilever Management Committee and subsequently as Global Vice President, Nutrition & Naturals, Foods & Refreshment. Across her career, she has led business turnarounds, built new businesses and pioneered nutrition and fortification initiatives in collaboration with government and public-health institutions.
Today, Geetu works as a global management consultant and partners OxfordSM, a B Corp strategic marketing consultancy, advising organisations on strategy, innovation and sustainable growth.
