Keshav comes with a rich and diverse experience in ESG, Sustainability Disclosures, Decarbonization, Circularity, Net Zero, Digitalization, and Green Supply Chain. He has worked in both public and private industries across various sectors, including consulting, oil & gas, retail, FMCG, finance, and aviation.

He has been awarded with Sustainability Leader of the Year 2024, Influential Sustainability Leader, Sustainability Leader 2025 and many such awards. He has co-authored ESG Rating frameworks & ratings.

Currently, he heads the Environment & Sustainability vertical at Noida International Airport and steering Net Zero efforts. The Noida International Airport is committed to achieving Net Zero by 2030.

Before joining Noida International Airport, Keshav led ESG Transformation at Capri Global Capital Limited. He also served as the ESG Leader at Pernod Ricard India, where he accelerated the Sustainability & CSR agenda, including developing roadmaps, implementing programs, assessing impacts, establishing governance mechanisms, and Green Supply Chain Programs. Keshav also worked at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, a Maharatna Oil & Gas Government of India Enterprise, where he played a key role in advancing the ESG agenda across the company.
