Over 25 years of corporate experiênce blended with the in-depth experience with Grass Root Social Organisations. Held Senior Management roles in companies like Kyocera Wireless, Globaledge Software and iSol group.

His passion for Community Development was triggered in his youth, he was known for his developmental work and Social involvement right from his College Days, where he had actively contributed his time and leadership in various Youth and Social Development Organisations, and his work was spread across the Nation including the North East.

Prior to taking over as the CEO, of ONGC Foundation. Kiran was the National President of Youth For Seva. He was a founder member of the Centre for Leadership and Management in Public Service (C-LAMPS), where he held responsible positions for large-scale Developmental projects in Education and Health. He was in the Project Management Teams of the Karnataka Knowledge Commission. Member- Karnataka Skills Commission and Executive Council Member of Visvesvaraya Technological University. He is invited as an Advisor and Mentor for various Civil Societies.
