Papa CJ is an award-winning international stand-up comedian, executive coach, educator, thought leader, keynote speaker and published author.
He has been invited to speak at Harvard Business School and Oxford University, and
has written for Harvard Business Review and Forbes, and is a regular columnist with The Economic Times.
He serves as Visiting Faculty at Ashoka University.
He curates The Human Advantage – the skills that become more important in an increasingly technology-enabled world.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Oxford.
His leadership work includes conceptualising and running leadership strategy offsites for the Chairperson of PwC and the CEOs of HSBC and Apple, along with their leadership teams.
He coaches organisations on shifting mindsets to enable more effective collaboration and lasting behavioural change.
In addition to sessions on organisation culture, his signature sessions on communication and storytelling draw insights from strategies and techniques used by international comedians to help leaders lead with power, presence and purpose.
He has worked in more than 40 countries and understands the nuances of working across cultures.
Under his Happiness Project, he performs for a range of charitable causes, including shows at the homes and hospital rooms of terminally ill patients.
