Being part of this legacy once again in joining the Grand Jury in honouring heroes who have done meaning work at the grass-root level, motivates me to continue supporting meaningful initiatives.
Her extensive experience as a leader & part of the top management has taken the Mahindra Rise brand to greater heights ethical & well governed organisation. She was part of the CSR & Diversity councils at Mahindra.
During her tenure at Mahindra Group, Chairman Anand Mahindra was well positioned as a humane leader and a global statesman.
She is also on the advisory board of Team Lease Edtech.
Her role at Vedanta was to build a robust brand strategy for the group which has focus on giving back to communities & society at large and as a natural resource major contributing towards nation building that will help in economic development of our country. She has been the member of the Group Executive Committee which comprises the leadership team at Vedanta.
She created the ‘Compassionate Communication’ movement within the PR fraternity during the Covid pandemic.
She has received several prestigious awards and recognition for its outstanding performance and stellar contribution to the PR Industry both in India & globally.
Currently she is the pro bono CEO of Indian Deaf Cricket Association. Her dedication for a social cause such as disability sport is testimony to her passion to promote diversity & incliusion for the hearing impaired youth community pan India through sportsmanship.
She also mentors leadership teams.
