Santhosh Jayaram

Santhosh Jayaram is Global Head – Sustainability with HCL Technologies. In his current role he is working at the convergence of the two most powerful trends that is influencing the business landscape, Digitalization and Sustainability.

In his previous role as partner at KPMG, he developed the biggest consulting team in the space of sustainability and CSR not just across global KPMG network, but also across all peers in this region. Some of the work he has done for clients when at KPMG, are documented as case studies with leading academic institutes like Harvard and INSEAD.

His work in the space of sustainability and CSR spans for nearly 3 decades across 20 countries and multiple sectors. He has helped the early-stage development of standards in the field of sustainability functioning as a member in the standard development committees of GRI (G4) and Accountability. He currently functions as a member of the ESG advisory committee, and the Social Stock Exchange advisory committee set up by the market regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). He is also a Global Future Council member at World Economic Forum (WEF).
For the last 3 years he has been recognized as Top Voice on LinkedIn by various organizations.
