Recently retired as Global Lead – Corporate Social Responsibility at WNS Global services , she has spent over 27 years building a legacy of impactful work that blends ethical governance, environmental stewardship, and social transformation.

Her distinguished career spans education, business development, marketing, CSR, and stakeholder engagement, with over 10 years dedicated to leading large-scale initiatives rooted in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs). Sherin’s leadership has empowered organizations to integrate sustainability, diversity, inclusion, and stakeholder sensitivity into their core strategies—delivering measurable and lasting value for both society and business.

Academically, she holds an MBA in Marketing from Oklahoma City University, USA, alongside M.Com, B.Ed., B.Com, and B.A. in English Literature, and represented her university at the prestigious World Business Forum, New York.
