Tanu Kathuria

Tanu Kathuria is a passionate CSR and HR professional with a wide experience of 15+ years in the pharma and IT industry. She is currently working with Birlasoft. She has also worked as a consultant in CSR and HR space in past. She is a master’s in business administration and alumni of IIMs and IICA. Her dedication and passion to work for the community are evident in the CSR work she is doing. Primarily she works on environmental sustainability and women and child development. Her expertise is project planning and implementation along with employee volunteering. The projects she has designed and implemented have won many awards and accolades. She curates projects based on the need of society and works to deliver a sustainable impact on the lives of people. She has hands-on experience in Ethical HR and currently working in the space of ESG. Tanu love interacting with people and she believes every interaction gives some learning. Her mantra is “Learn, Unlearn and relearn ” and she continuously thrives for it.
