The previous article highlighted Initiative based Real Heroes of the country.
These SABERA trophy winners have been relentlessly working in helping put India on the road to development in alignment with the Sustainable Development goals. This year a new subcategory acknowledging Think Tank of the year has also been introduced as part of the Entity award categories.
Each category is open to large, medium-sized and micro entities. Award winners will be finalized as per evaluation criteria for the respective awards by an eminent board of Jury through a 2 tier process. While the criteria remain the same, the evaluation process will consider the top line of each entry and the impact thereof given the resources.
Entity #RealHero list includes Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO), Bharat Petroleum Company Limited, Dabur India Limited, Maruti Suzuki India Limited and SBI General Insurance Limited responsible Businesses. The non-profits RealHeroes include Save the Children, S M Sehgal Foundation and BansiVidya Memorial Trust. The listing also. includes social entrepreneurs and Promising Responsible Businesses.
